Feedback can be a strong motivational factor, a source of information and a basis for improvement in a variety of contexts. On top of all that, feedback is an essential tool to support good collaboration.

At the same time, feedback disturb and slow down progress. Usually we do know some rules to give and receive effective feedback. We know the intent and we know what to do and still we are often "unpleasantly touched". To give and receive feedback in a comfortable way is an art that can be learned.

The objective of this workshop is to get rid of obstacles that prevent us from dealing effectively with feedback. Participants experience the added value of a different attitude towards feedback in a safe environment.

Three acronyms (F.U.N., S.H.A.R.E., L.E.A.R.N.) offer the participants a framework which they fill out in their own way.

Trainers

Michel Cuypers has a years-long as a trainer and coach. He leads workshops and delivers trainings in various companies and government institutions. Michel is a certified trainer for Junior Chamber International.

Erik Lauwers is an experienced trainer and collaboration coach who offers a number of tools for personal and professional growth. Erik is a certified NLP practitioner.
